the junior crm specialist will support the ww crm team in all activities related to operational crm , in order to strengthen the companies knowledge of its clients and help to develop, implement, establish and monitor strategies that will optimize all aspects of the relationship with the final customer with the ultimate goal being loyalty and sales growth.
to assist the ww crm team in the following activities (according to the selected candidates strengths and interests):
- support all the operational aspects of the crm operations including weekly, monthly and ad hoc client analysis
- support the customer and market research needs and activities
- manage customer data collection and crm databases monitoring relevant kpi's
- campaign performance tracking
- coordinate the corresponding crm project calendar in close cooperation with the project steering committee
- communicate with the regions and coordinate local adaptions if needed
- manage local crm requests including planning and communication with departments involved (digital, mis?)
- prepare recaps and presentation summaries to align all parties when necessary
- establish a close relationship with the regions, internal departments and 3rd parties
